Dedicated Advocate for Youth and Families
Donna's journey began with her time at SADD (Students Against Driving Drunk/Destructive Decisions), where she held several influential roles including Arizona SADD Coordinator, President of the SADD National Board of Directors, and National Director of Field Services. Her early career set the stage for a lifelong dedication to improving the lives of young people and families. Donna also played a pivotal role in establishing the Casa Grande Youth Commission and devoted a decade as an adviser, fostering leadership and engagement among our youth.
Proven Leadership in Pinal County
For over two decades, Donna has been an integral part of the Pinal County Juvenile Court, serving as the Program Administrator II and Public Information Officer. In this role, she has overseen the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Unit, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to justice and child welfare.

A Record of Civic Engagement and Volunteerism
Donna's civic involvement go far beyond her professional duties. She has held key positions such as Chairman of the Casa Grande Alliance Board of Directors and Vice-Chair of the Pinal County Town Hall. Additionally, she was appointed by Governor Doug Ducey to the Commission on Service and Volunteerism, highlighting her statewide recognition as a leader in community service.
Honors and Recognition
Donna's commitment to the community and dedication has led to awards and recognitions from the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Arizona Supreme Court, and the Arizona Governor’s Office. She is a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from SADD and was named the 2010 Outstanding Community Service Leader of the Year by the Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce. Her leadership skills were further recognized with the 2019 Alumni Award for Civic Engagement by the UofA Project CENTRL Leadership Program.
In 2020, Donna was named Supervisor of the Year for Pinal County Juvenile Court and also received the prestigious Arizona Supervisor of the Year award from the Arizona Supreme Court. Her efforts in organizing the Pinal County Adoption Day, leading to over 450 adoptions, highlight her impact on the lives of children and families in our community. In June of 2024 Donna was nominated by the Casa Gande Police Department and received a MADD Hero award for her role in keeping the community safe and support of the Pinal County DUI Task Force.
Personal Life
Donna shares her life with her husband Mike, their two sons, and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she is a talented freelance writer and photographer, capturing the beauty and stories of our community.
